Professional Experience
Prior to joining Edgemont Capital partners, I was an analyst with MTS Healthcare Partners (“MTS”), a New York-based healthcare merchant bank, where I worked with middle market and large capitalization healthcare services companies. While with MTS, I executed a range of strategic advisory assignments including merger, acquisition and spin-off transactions.
Favorite Professional Accomplishment
My favorite professional accomplishment was being able to participate in the UnitedHealth acquisition of PacifiCare in 2005. Very few individuals are fortunate enough to be involved in a transaction of that magnitude so early on in their career. It was my first live transaction experience, so I was able to learn a great deal in a short period of time.
Personal
Hailing from the Sunshine State, I was raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles, California. I moved to the east coast to attend New York University, where I received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, concentrating on policy.
Other Life
I am actively involved with my alma mater and community. When I can, I volunteer as an alumnus with my college fraternity, Lambda Phi Epsilon National Fraternity. I am also currently mentoring with Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York.
Passions
I enjoy staying physically active and working out. My two greatest passions are running and breakdancing.
Secret Ambitions
In line with my love for the run, I aspire to place first in the JPMorgan Corporate Challenge Race in Manhattan.
